No. Start and stop service whenever you'd like.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
That is not necessary. though we do not discourage it. We love to have a moment to be sure you're satisfied with our services. If you prefer, we can keep keys and garage codes on file for our pros to enter your home for your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
To avoid a $55 fee, we recommend cancelling more than 24 hours in advance.
Will the same person be sent to my home each visit?
Yes. We understand how important your home is to you and want to make sure you are comfortable and receiving the best service possible. Sending the same Pro helps ensure that receive a quality clean, every visit. Although, if your Pro is unavailable, you may be presented with the option of having another Pro substitute.
What can I do to get the most of most from my cleaning?
Tidying up helps ensure we reach each nook and cranny and get all the grime cleaned up so you come home smiling.
Background checks on our pros?
Each pro has undergone a background check before hire. Once hired they are detailed trained on how to clean your home efficiently and guided to provide the best cleaning for each individual customer.
What if I am not happy with my cleaning?
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours so that we may make it right!

Do Pros clean up after pets?
Unfortunately, our Pros are directed to not touch any animal waste or bio-hazard materials in accordance with OSHA.
Shoud I tip my Pro?
Tips are not required, although if you'd like to thank your Pro, you may tip them directly with cash or check. You may also advise the office to add a tip to your invoice.
How do I pay?
1. Cash or check may be left on the day of the cleaning
2. A invoice will be sent to your email to pay by credit card

Yes. We are extra careful with your homes but just in case an accident occurs, we have you covered.

What services are available?
Residential Cleaning - standard cleaning (recurring service only), deep cleaning, move out/in cleaning, one time cleaning and 2 hour focus cleans. Commercial Cleaning - post construction, remodel clean up, gyms, offices and much more.
Are supplies and equipment provided?
Yes. We provide eco-friendly cleaning products, HEPA vacuum, mop and any additional supplies necessary to cut through grime.
How are services priced?
The overall cost is based on square footage, number of rooms and condition of home. Additional charge per hour if more time is needed, you will be notified to approve any extra time/charges.
Can I skip or rescheduled an appointment?
Absolutely. If possible, to avoid a cancellation fee, please just give us more than 24 hour notice so that we can ensure work for our Pros.
What are my scheduling options?
We offer weekly, biweekly, triweekly and monthly schedules. You are also welcomed to schedule on a one time basis.
